One Girl’s most awaited event of the year is here! The Women in Charge annual conference unites women from diverse backgrounds to share their expertise and experiences with the community. This year’s conference will be packed with engaging panels featuring remarkable women who are driving positive change within their industries and communities. The day will also include curated workshops, networking opportunities, and wellness activities.
Our Women in Wellness panel will bring together influential female leaders who are redefining health and well-being through innovative practices, holistic approaches, and community-driven initiatives. As the day unfolds, our Women in Impact panel will highlight female trailblazers who are breaking barriers, fostering inclusive environments, and paving the way for future generations.

Dr. Debra M. McPhee has been Dean of the Fordham University Graduate School of Social Service since 2013. She has more than 25 years of leadership experience in academia, professional social work practice, and the private sector and has worked throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe. She holds a Master in Social Work from Columbia University and a Ph.D. from the University of Toronto.
Meaghan Barakett, founder of One Girl, has been a change catalyst and activist for over a decade. A former model and Miss New York USA, she inspires others through yoga, action, and community engagement. As a mother and stepmother, her personal experiences drive her advocacy for legislation on issues like cyberbullying and parental support after birth. Meaghan serves on the Board of Trustees for Fordham University and holds a Master's in Nonprofit Leadership from Fordham.

Angelica Malin is a global emcee, author, and keynote speaker. She has hosted events for prestigious organizations worldwide, including the UN and AdWeek. Her bestselling book, #SheMadeIt, offers practical guidance and inspiration for female founders in the digital age. Angelica's engaging talks and workshops also cover topics such as personal branding, career development, and entrepreneurship.

Chrissy King is a writer, speaker, educator, and former strength coach with a passion for creating a diverse and inclusive wellness industry. She is also the author of The Body Liberation Project. Through her work, Chrissy empowers individuals to stop shrinking, start taking up space, and use their energy to create their specific magic in the world. She also writes for a variety of platforms including Shape, Health, SELF, and PopSugar, among others. With degrees in social justice and sociology from Marquette University, Chrissy merges her passion for social justice with her passion for wellness to inspire people to create spaces that allow individuals from all backgrounds to feel seen, welcomed, affirmed, and celebrated. -

Valerie Agyeman, R.D.N., is a nationally recognized registered dietitian and media contributor specializing in women’s health nutrition. As the founder and podcast host of Flourish Heights, she empowers women to take charge of their health, addressing often overlooked issues like fertility, body image, and perimenopause. Her highly sought-after expertise insights are regularly featured in top publications such as Women’s Health, Shape, Good Housekeeping, and networks like ABC, Fox, and NBC.
Rachel L. Goldman, Ph.D. (a.k.a. Dr. Rachel) is a licensed psychologist, speaker and consultant who takes a holistic approach to health. She specializes in the mind-body connection, including stress reduction, disordered eating behaviors, and health behavior change. She is also Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at NYU Grossman School of Medicine and has a private practice in NYC, where she utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy to assist in behavioral changes. Dr. Rachel is passionate about helping people build their own personal mental health toolbox to help them live happier and healthier lives. She is a CBT expert and is often seen in media, including on-camera and sharing the stage with Oprah. She was a consultant for the film, The Whale and is often quoted and mentioned in many major online and print publications, including The New York Times, TIME magazine, CNN, USA Today, and Women’s Health. She is on the Wellness Board of VeryWell and is a reviewer for peer reviewed academic journals. She continues to live an active lifestyle in NYC with her husband and 2 young children. She believes everyone CAN live happy and healthy lives!
Maga Villarreal is a Brooklyn-based Latina wellness expert, Nike mindfulnnes coach and founder of Antevasin. With a background in yoga and meditation, she empowers individuals to embrace mindfulness through her coaching, classes, and events. Maga's passion for fostering community and well-being has made her a leading voice in the wellness space.

Lindsay Monal is a yoga teacher, reiki master, and sound meditation facilitator passionate about helping women cultivate more restful, and joyful lives. As a director and lead teacher at YogaRenew, Lindsay has taught thousands worldwide through her online classes, trainings, and international retreats. She has spoken at the United Nations, performed in the American Repertory Theater at Harvard University, and led immersive wellness experiences at Google and Audible to name a few! Lindsay is passionate about making meditation accessible to all, and believes in its power to help people of any age, ability, and state of health to find moments of rest, relaxation, and connection.image|my image|#
Sarah Platt-Finger is a renowned yoga teacher and co-founder of ISHTA Yoga and Director of @chopra. She is the coauthor of "Living in the Light: Yoga for Self-Realization" with Dr. Deepak Chopra. Sarah has been sharing the transformative tools of yoga worldwide for over two decades, and she believes that the practice of yoga can empower us to connect to the essence of our being. -

Marizza Delgado is multifaceted; an engineer, fashion model, Filipina American, and champion for women in STEM. She has had the honor of walking in NYFW and gracing the pages of Vogue Philippines. Currently, she is employed as a Data Scientist II at Rent the Runway and serves on the Girls Who Code Advisory Council. On June 30th, she became the first Filipina to win Miss New York USA 2024 and later placed Top 20 at Miss USA. -

Jennifer Jones Austin is a fourth-generation leader of faith and social justice, dedicated to fighting for equity. As CEO of the Federation of Protestant Welfare Agencies (FPWA), she has led groundbreaking changes in social policy to empower the marginalized. With a deep understanding of race, poverty, and law, she has held various influential positions, including serving as a commissioner on the New York State Community Commission on Reparations Remedies and chairing the NYC Racial Justice Commission. Jennifer is a renowned author, a frequent media guest, and a dedicated advocate for social justice.
Ali Kriegsman, Co-founder and CMO of Scent Lab, is a seasoned entrepreneur with experience in both bootstrapped and venture-backed businesses. She previously co-founded Bulletin, a retail technology company acquired by Emerald. Her book, "How to Build a Goddamn Empire," offers practical advice for entrepreneurs based on her own experiences.
Keewana Grant is a dynamic leader in the beauty industry, dedicated to empowering Black women and women of color. As Vice President of the Beauty & Wellness division at PURPLE PR, she creates innovative strategies for renowned brands like Sol De Janeiro and Balmain Hair, emphasizing the importance of inclusivity and self-expression. Guided by her belief that beauty goes beyond aesthetics, Keewana strives to redefine beauty standards and foster meaningful connections within the wellness space.

Natalie Kuhn is a public speaker, teacher, and inter-faith reverend-in-training who blends her expertise in mental health with a uniquely accessible approach to spirituality. Over nearly eleven years, she played an integral role in shaping The Class, a transformative and cathartic workout, from its humble beginnings as its inaugural employee to a renowned global digital wellness platform, culminating in her tenure as Co-CEO. Recently, she launched her new venture, Make The Sun, which offers practices to invite individuals and organizations to see themselves and the world with greater clarity and compassion.
