Yoga with One Girl

For all levels and open to all! 🧘‍♀️

About the 60-minute class led by Lindsay Monal: A serene and transformative experience, where gentle postures and healing vibrations come together to nurture your body, mind, and spirit. In this practice, we’ll slow down and ease into a handful of supported poses, each held for several minutes to target the fascia and connective tissues. Props will support you as you relax fully, releasing tension and inviting stillness. The final 15 minutes will immerse you in soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and chimes, guiding you into a state of deep relaxation. This combination of yin yoga and sound offers a space to explore new levels of awareness and inner peace. Whether you’re new to yoga or seeking a slower, reflective practice, this class is perfect for all levels.

Seats for members are included in your annual One Girl membership. Please visit the One Girl portal to RSVP to claim your spot.

Seats are limited and granted on a first come, first serve policy. Registration will close once we reach capacity.
